Arxtron Technologies has developed a mature process of installing and supporting test applications in Asia, Europe, and Latin America through a network of partners.


On-site installation

Most of our stations and ATE are installed at the customer site by our senior engineers to meet the acceptance criteria or factory acceptance test requirements. 


On-site support service

Arxtron offers a variety of on-site support services. Our engineers can be deployed to respond to production critical situations including same day/next day and weekend service (if available in the geographical area). These Express or expedited services require either an open PO or a bank support hours.


Remote support

Arxtron Technologies offers phone and online support through WEBEXTM, TeamViewer or any other customer selected platform. This is a quick and cost effective way for our engineers to take control of the customer's testers remotely and respond to support requests promptly.


Training

Arxtron Technologies offers an extensive documentation and operating manuals of our turnkeys and custom solutions. In addition, training options are available for operation, maintenance and engineering staff both during the installation and after delivery.
