The ACD-01-F is a modular, scalable AC Distribution Module (PDU) designed for flexible deployment in automated test stations, control systems, and industrial equipment. Built for safety and reliability, this system manages and distributes AC power in either standalone or integrated setups, including rack-mounted or electrical cabinet configurations. With support for both single-phase and three-phase systems, it adapts to a variety of voltage and current needs.

How the Product Works

Multiple Configurations: 6 variants to match a range of AC input voltages, currents, and phases.

Universal Line Filtering: Works with both single and three-phase systems.

Integrated Safety: Emergency Power Off (EPO) system with safety relays and controller, disconnects critical loads like motors and actuators.

Built-in Surge Protection: 2-pole and 4-pole surge protectors depending on phase requirements.

Expandable Output: Includes six IEC 320 receptacles with room for more.

DC Support: Optional 24VDC Class 2 monitor and additional DC power supplies (e.g., 12VDC, 5VDC).

Cooling System: Active cooling with provision for up to 4 fans.

Flexible Installation: Available in rack mount (most variants) or cabinet enclosure (Variant #6 only).
